Our ever popular Summer seasonal is back with a twist, 2.0 version! We used Blackberry this time. A great summertime treat. Enjoyable, crisp and easy to drink on a PNW sunny day. 5.2% ABV‍ ‍

EMBER GLOW BELGAIN TRIPPEL

Ember Glow is inspired by crackling fires and cool NW nights.  This Belgian-Style Trippel drinks smooth and warming, with rick malt character and subtle, yeast-driven depth.  Cozy, balanced, and built for slow sipping, smooth enough to surprise you, bold enough to remember.   8.1% ABV

hdr (hop, drop, roll) ipa

Our rotating hazy IPA with notes of melon, lemon lime, and tropical notes burst out of this hazy IPA featuring New Zealand hops! Perfectly balanced. 5.6% ABV.

COMING IN SEPTEMBER:

FRESH HOP HDR WITH LUMINOSA HOPS

Our rotating hazy IPA will take a special twist to pay homage to the hop harvest. Hop harvest is special in the Pacific NW as one of the main hop growing regions of the World. This year we’ve searched for something new, something special. Luminosa has notes of peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava. Unlike most “punchy” hops, Luminosa is almost completely void of the resinous/piney character that usually comes along. This should be a fun one!

FEST BIER

One of our favorite Fall seasonals will be back after taking a hiatus in 2025. A smooth, clean, pale German style lager with a balanced malty flavor and light hop notes. You’ll be looking for your lederhosen when you reach for this.

Whistling kite west coast saison

Enjoy a Pint of this collaboration beer, we partnered with Gavin over at Rainwater Brewing for this one. Bright, crisp saison dry-hopped with Cashmere hops. Expect notes of lemon zest, melon, fresh herbs, and a little white pepper. Finishing dry and refreshing. 6.6% ABV
